According to official sources, Primavera Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 376.HK) announced that its wholly-owned securities subsidiary, Primavera Securities Limited, has officially received approval from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC). Its existing securities trading license (Type 1 license) will be upgraded to provide virtual asset trading services.
After this upgrade, Primavera Financial will be able to provide virtual asset trading services to retail and professional investors. Clients will be able to directly trade digital assets (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) on Primavera Financial's trading platform.
