According to BlockBeats, on June 11, Bitcoin mining and cloud mining service provider BitFuFu launched a new At-The-Market (ATM) stock issuance plan, aiming to raise up to $150 million. According to the documents submitted to the SEC, the company signed an ATM sales agreement on June 10 with B. Riley Securities, Cantor Fitzgerald, Northland Securities, and Roth Capital Partners.
Under this agreement, BitFuFu may, as needed, issue and sell Class A common shares from time to time through the aforementioned agents, with the stocks being sold on Nasdaq or other trading markets.
