(1) The corresponding adjustment of the ad valorem duties on U.S. goods as specified in the Tariff Commission Announcement No. 2025, with 24% of the duties temporarily suspended in the initial 90 days, while retaining the remaining 10% duties on these goods, and canceling the additional duties on these goods as per Tariff Commission Announcements No. 5 and No. 6 of 2025;
(2) Taking necessary actions to suspend or cancel non-tariff retaliatory measures against the United States effective April 2, 2025.
