Galaxy Digital is planning to list on Nasdaq on May 16 and is currently awaiting approval at a special shareholder meeting.

BlockBeats News, April 30th, Mike Novogratz, CEO of the digital asset company Galaxy Digital, stated in a post that Galaxy plans to list on NASDAQ on May 16th, pending approval at a special shareholder meeting on May 9th.

BlockBeats previously reported that Galaxy Digital will hold a special shareholder meeting on May 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to approve a restructuring ("Special Meeting"). Galaxy expects to list on NASDAQ shortly after the Special Meeting, subject to the completion of the restructuring, under the stock code GLXY.
