Nous Research has completed a $50 million Series A funding round, with Paradigm leading the investment.

BlockBeats News, April 25th, according to Fortune magazine, decentralized AI startup Nous Research has completed a $50 million Series A funding round, nearly entirely provided by crypto venture capital giant Paradigm. This funding round has valued Nous's token at $1 billion.

Nous will launch its decentralized training system on the Solana blockchain. Nous co-founder Karan Malhotra stated that the team is actively developing the product, but he did not disclose a specific timeline for the launch. Nous is still deciding whether to use the tokens issued by the startup or to reward users with Solana's native cryptocurrency.

Currently, Nous has a team of around 20 people, and the majority of the newly raised funds will be used for investing in computing resources and expanding its research capabilities.
