Event One: Binance's announcement to delist ALPACA resulted in a price surge, possibly indicating a "pump-and-dump" scheme as shell investors attempt to recoup their investment.

BlockBeats News, April 24, Binance co-founder He Yi commented on the "Alpaca Price Surge After Binance Delisting Announcement," suggesting that some speculative investors may be attempting to recoup their investment through short-term manipulation.

“Buying the Shell” refers to investors purchasing the token of a project that is already listed, leveraging the project's market influence and liquidity to rapidly engage in speculative trading for profit. After Binance announced the delisting of Alpaca, shell-buying investors may have intentionally bought a large amount of tokens to drive up the price, creating an illusion of growth to attract other investors to join them. Subsequently, they may sell at the peak to recoup their investment or make a profit.
