Trump Threatens to Impose 50% Tariffs on Chinese Products

Therefore, if China does not withdraw this 34% additional tariff by April 8th, 2025, the U.S. will impose an additional 50% tariff on China starting on April 9th. In addition, all requested meeting negotiations by the Chinese side will be terminated, and the U.S. will immediately initiate negotiation procedures with other requested meeting countries."
