The Ministry of Commerce has decided to include 16 U.S. entities such as High Point Aviation Technology on the export control list. It is prohibited to export dual-use items to the mentioned 16 U.S. entities; any ongoing relevant export activities should be immediately halted. Eleven U.S. companies including Skydio have been included in the Unreliable Entity List. The mentioned companies are prohibited from engaging in import and export activities related to China, and are prohibited from making new investments in China.
