BlockBeats News, March 29th. According to EmberCN monitoring, the user 2024.qklpj.eth, who had previously "mistakenly transferred 7912 ezETH to a contract address," retrieved the ETH through a re-minting by the project team 9 hours ago. It is expected that 2024.qklpj.eth and the project team negotiated a 20% fee, with 80% of the 7912 ezETH (6329 ezETH) returned to 2024.qklpj.eth, 10% (791 ezETH) transferred to the Renzo DAO Treasury, and 10% transferred to the 0xC5e multi-signature address. The batch of ETH, valued at $27.96 million at the time of the mistaken transfer 9 months ago, is currently worth $12.39 million.
BlockBeats previously reported that on June 19, 2024, address 2024.qklpj.eth mistakenly transferred 7912 ezETH to an intermediate contract address, locking the funds unable to be withdrawn. This address transferred 5477 ezETH to the multi-signature address 0x5E6...A1c19, most likely in an attempt to quickly secure a redemption quota; this portion of the funds has been smoothly withdrawn. Surprisingly, one portion of the funds was directly sent to the intermediate contract 0xe9a...696C4 (Arkham noted as CoboSafeAccount), which is a non-transferable and non-upgradable contract.
