eXch Denies Assisting Lazarus Group in Money Laundering

BlockBeats News, February 24th, eXch stated in a Bitcointalk forum post that "the platform will not launder for Lazarus; instead, the contrary view is just the opinion of some people who want the fungibility and on-chain privacy of decentralized currency to disappear, these people have always disliked decentralized cryptocurrencies."

eXch acknowledged that a small portion of the funds from the ByBit hack ultimately entered its platform's address but described this transfer as "an isolated case." The eXch team pledged to donate the funds' proceeds to "various open-source initiatives dedicated to privacy and security both inside and outside the crypto space." (The Block)
