The post included an image of the core team members of KIP Protocol, the team behind LIBRA (visible on the official website), with the caption "Let's see what two hackers and a free weekend can bring us."

Solayer is a Solana-based restaking protocol that just successfully launched its own token, LAYER, on February 11th.
