CZ: Binance has obtained a Virtual Asset Service Provider License in Bahrain and has strategically invested in various AI initiatives in the Middle East.

BlockBeats News, November 5th. According to Caixin, Binance founder CZ stated on November 3rd at the Second Gulf Investment Forum in Bahrain that "Bahrain, as a country equally friendly to cryptocurrency, is not well known; after Binance was granted a cryptocurrency service provider license by the Central Bank of Bahrain, it also received approval for a banking license from the CBB, which means that Binance has directly established fiat on/off ramps locally."

CZ mentioned that he learned that counterparts in Hong Kong are actively exploring RWA, but since real-world asset prices are relatively stable, it is difficult to generate sufficient trading volume in the secondary market, leading to gradual liquidity shrinkage. One must wait for innovators to propose real use cases that truly bring liquidity; CZ expressed great optimism about investment opportunities in the Middle East, focusing not only on blockchain investment but also strategically expanding into fields such as AI and biotechnology in GCC countries.
