Justin Sun: Personal participation in WBTC is for strategic considerations, and I do not control the WBTC reserve private key

BlockBeats news, on August 11, Justin Sun posted on the X platform, "Recently, I heard that the community has some concerns about my participation in multiple projects including WBTC. I would like to clarify the following points."

"BTC has not changed from before. The audit is conducted in real time and can be accessed through http://wbtc.network. The minting process is entirely managed by custodians Bitglobal and Bitgo, following the same procedures as before. Simply put, Bitglobal and Bitgo will not sign any unaudited transactions. The keys are still protected using the same Bitgo cold wallet technology and offline keys, and are backed up in multiple countries and regions. My personal participation in WBTC is entirely strategic. I do not control the private keys of the WBTC reserves, nor can I move any BTC reserves."
