Pantera Crypto Salary Survey: Female Crypto Workers Earn 15% More Than Male

BlockBeats news, on July 31, Pantera Capital recently conducted the largest salary survey in the cryptocurrency field, with a total of 502 general survey participants. The survey shows that in the field of cryptocurrency, women earn about 15% more than men based on the average base salary.

Pantera analyzed the situation and said that women working in the cryptocurrency field tend to be more experienced, usually in mid-to-senior positions, with more than five years of experience in similar positions. In contrast, men occupy a larger proportion of entry-level positions.

Analysts believe that women working in the crypto field usually overcome certain obstacles, so they have imperceptible qualities, such as resilience and high personal ability. In addition, women are generally more risk-averse, and jobs in the cryptocurrency field are high-risk occupations. People's risk tolerance will decrease over time, which means that in such a turbulent field, there will be fewer and fewer experienced women. (In short, those who can't bear it have already retired, and those who stick to it have rich experience in the industry)
