Galaxy Digital has acquired CryptoManufaktur’s Ethereum assets worth approximately $1 billion

BlockBeats news, July 19, according to CoinDesk, crypto company Galaxy Digital has acquired almost all the assets of blockchain node operator CryptoManufaktur LLC, a deal that will increase the company's Ethereum assets by about 43%. The transaction involves about $1 billion in Ethereum assets, bringing Galaxy's total assets to $3.3 billion.

CMF founder Thorsten Behrens will join Galaxy's blockchain infrastructure team as part of a three-person engineering team, which provides staking and blockchain validator services to qualified investors, protocols, and digital asset platforms.
