Brazil’s Tax Department to Subpoena Foreign Crypto Exchanges for Information

The Brazilian tax authorities are expected to issue an order this week to summon these companies to provide further information. Unlike trading platforms officially established in Brazil, they are not obliged to report transactions conducted on their platforms.
