BlockBeats news, June 14, according to CoinDesk, the Nigerian Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) tax charges against Binance executives Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla have been dropped, a family spokesperson said in an email statement on Friday.
FIRS agreed to amend the charges to target Binance only, through its local representative. Gambaryan will no longer need to appear in court to deal with the FIRS case, and Binance is now the only defendant in the case.

The statement said the next hearing in the case is scheduled for June 19, when an "application for a fundamental rights enforcement order" will be heard. The trial will resume on June 20. Gambaryan remains in Kuje Prison.
