According to BlockBeats, on June 12, Aethir announced that its decentralized cloud computing network was officially launched on the Ethereum mainnet. Through Aethir, enterprises, data centers, other cloud providers, and cryptocurrency mining operators can contribute idle GPU resources to the Aethir network and participate in improving the availability of global computing resources; enterprises and developers will be able to access nodes in more than 23 locations on demand to rent high-performance computing resources for training AI models or rendering digital content on a large scale.
The Aethir testnet has more than 500,000 users, and its growing Nvidia H100 and other high-end enterprise-grade GPUs are now used by more than a dozen AI and game studios. Its economic system is driven by the network's native token ATH, which is the driving force for governance, staking, and security in the Aethir ecosystem.
