io.net founder resigns as CEO and donates 1 million IO tokens to promote ecosystem development

BlockBeats news, on June 9, io.net founder and CEO Ahmad Shadid announced on social platforms that he would resign as CEO of io.net, effective immediately.

Ahmad Shadid said, "io.net has grown into one of the fastest growing decentralized AI companies in the world. After careful consideration, it was decided to hand over the position of CEO to io.net co-founder and COO Tory Green, which is the best choice for the community and the project.

Although there are some allegations about my past, I want to emphasize that I resigned as CEO in order to allow io.net to move forward without interference and focus on its growth and success.

I am deeply grateful for the support and dedication of the team, partners and community. To express my gratitude, I will donate 1 million personally held IO tokens to io.net's GPU Internet Foundation to help the development of the ecosystem."
