Bitdeer to acquire ASIC chip design company Desiweminer for $140 million

BlockBeats reported that on June 6, Bitdeer has agreed to acquire ASIC mining machine chip designer Desiweminer in an all-stock transaction valued at $140 million.

The Desiweminer team will join Bitdeer's ASIC design team in Singapore, and products integrating the technologies of the two companies will be available soon.
