BNB Chain: opBNB testnet nodes must be upgraded to the latest version before the May 15 fork

BlockBeats reported that on May 12, BNB Chain posted on social media that opBNB testnet nodes must be upgraded to the latest version before the fork on May 15.

BlockBeats previously reported that on May 9, opBNB released version v0.4.0, announcing that it would carry out four hard fork upgrades on the testnet from 06:00-06:30 UTC on May 15, including Snow, Shanghai/Canyon, Delta, and Cancun/Ecotone.

This upgrade will reduce the Gas fee of the opBNB testnet by 10 times. The opBNB team reminded that all testnet nodes must be upgraded to the latest version before 06:00 UTC on May 15. In addition, this upgrade also includes the transition of DA data from calldata to blob format, as well as changes to multiple op-node configurations.
