SERAPH announced that it has invalidated the NFT assets of major users that were recently stolen, and reminded users to avoid purchasing or interacting with stolen assets
According to BlockBeats, on April 9, the official ARPG dark treasure-hunting blockchain game "SERAPH: In the Darkness" said that it had received a complaint about the theft of a user's MetaMask wallet. After verification by the technical team, the user had 35 Soul "Hero" series avatar NFTs confirmed to be stolen. SERAPH announced that the stolen but unsold Soul series NFTs would be marked and invalidated, and the quality label would be replaced with "Hacked", and the NFT image would be replaced for prompting. The invalidated NFT will not have any attributes after opening the image, and there will be no empowerment in the future, which essentially completes deflation for the NFT series.
The SERAPH team said that if there is another theft, it will be handled in the same way to protect the interests of all users.
