Montenegro Supreme Court returns Do Kwon's extradition case to lower court

According to BlockBeats, on April 5, Cointelegraph reported that the Montenegrin Supreme Court has revoked the country's lower court's decision to extradite Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to the United States or South Korea. According to the notice on April 5, the Montenegrin Supreme Court said it had approved a request for legal protection against the lower court's decision, which would have allowed Kwon to be extradited to South Korea. The prosecutor who made the request said that the Court of Appeal violated procedures when rejecting the appeal of Kwon's legal team and handed the final decision to the Supreme Court. The Montenegrin Supreme Court said that Do Kwon's extradition decision would be returned to the Podgorica High Court, which can decide whether to send the Terraform co-founder to the United States or his home country of South Korea.
