Wang Feng: Element shares have been transferred to Bluehole Interactive for no consideration, and he no longer holds any shares in the Crypto project.

BlockBeats news on February 26th, Wang Feng, CEO of Blueport Group and founder of NFT trading market Element, announced on his social media platform that he has officially notified the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of his transfer of all equity in Element to Blueport Interactive Group Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company, for no consideration, making Element part of a listed company holding high-quality assets. At the same time, he announced that he will no longer hold any Crypto project equity in his personal capacity in the future, and all of his investment paths will enter under the assets of Blueport Interactive. One of Blueport Interactive and its affiliated companies' strategic focuses in the future is to fully enter the cryptocurrency market. This mainly includes: 1/ Increasing the investment scale of LK Venture, an investment and asset management brand; 2/ Investing in NFT trading platform Element and providing more research and development talents and financial support; 3/ Entering the Bitcoin mining industry, holding a stake in EcoPowX, and will announce subsequent plans in due course.
