According to a report from Bloomberg on February 22, Goran Rodic, the defense lawyer for Do Kwon, stated that the illegal ruling to extradite Do Kwon to the United States, which was approved by the Montenegrin court, will be overturned in the appeals court. Rodic stated that he will appeal the ruling because "the court did not verify the accuracy of the facts" and will provide details in the upcoming appeal.
