Circle will phase out support for USDC on the Tron network.

BlockBeats News, on February 21, Circle announced that it will phase out its support for USDC on the TRON blockchain. Effective immediately, Circle will no longer mint USDC on TRON. By February 2025, Circle Mint customers will be able to transfer USDC to other blockchains or directly exchange TRON-based USDC for fiat currency through Circle. Retail USDC holders and non-Circle customers can use hundreds of available global services, including retail trading platforms, brokers, and on/off-ramp providers, to transfer USDC between blockchains or exchange their USDC for fiat currency.
