Epic Games is about to launch a crypto game called "Shrapnel" that resembles the style of "Call of Duty".
According to BlockBeats news on February 2, the cryptocurrency game "Shrapnel" with a "Call of Duty"-style will compete with other blockchain video games such as "Star Atlas" and "Illuvium" by offering an "early access" version on the Epic Games store. Developed by game studio Neon Machine, "Shrapnel" is described as an "AAA first-person shooter game" set in a dystopian world, and its team includes former employees of well-known companies such as Xbox and Electronic Arts. The game plans to involve the community in every stage of development and is expected to launch its official version in 2025.
