CoinShares announced that it has exercised its option to acquire Valkyrie Funds LLC.

BlockBeats reported on January 12th that European digital asset investment company CoinShares has exercised its option to acquire American digital asset management company Valkyrie Funds LLC. The company's spot Bitcoin ETF (Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund) was approved this week. As previously reported by BlockBeats on November 16th, CoinShares announced that it had obtained exclusive rights to acquire Valkyrie Funds, the investment advisory business division of Valkyrie Investments that focuses on actively managed cryptocurrency ETFs. CoinShares' acquisition option is effective immediately and expires on March 31, 2024.
