Bloomberg: ETF issuers need to submit final amendment documents for their application forms by Monday morning.
According to BlockBeats news on January 8th, institutions hoping to issue a Bitcoin spot ETF have been asked to submit their final modifications to their application in Washington by Monday morning, as reported by Bloomberg. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to vote on the 19b-4s documents submitted by the exchange in the coming days. The regulatory agency may also take action on the issuer's application (S-1) at about the same time. In addition, if the SEC approves the required approvals for both groups, the ETF can begin trading as early as the next business day.
