According to BlockBeats news on January 5th, Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, stated that the SEC is giving its final opinion on a physically-backed Bitcoin ETF, and the issuer will soon submit the final 19b-4 and S-1 documents. He said, "This is definitely the closest we've ever been to 'completion,' but as far as I know, it has not yet been officially approved."
