According to BlockBeats news on December 19th, FTX Digital Markets, a subsidiary of FTX Bahamas, has successfully negotiated an important settlement with FTX Trading Ltd. and its affiliated debtors (collectively referred to as "FTX debtors"), which will result in the consolidation of their respective assets for coordinated operations. FTX Digital Markets is currently undergoing liquidation proceedings in the Bahamas. This settlement is reflected in a global settlement agreement signed by all parties today. The global settlement agreement requires approval from both the US Federal Bankruptcy Court in Delaware and the Supreme Court of the Bahamas.
