According to a report from CoinDesk on November 22nd, Genesis Global Capital, a cryptocurrency lending institution, has filed a lawsuit against its former business partner, cryptocurrency exchange platform Gemini Trust, seeking to recover over $689 million. The accusation claims that Gemini prioritized the transfer of assets totaling at least approximately $689,302,000 belonging to Genesis, at the expense of other creditors' interests. Genesis is requesting that the court correct this unfair situation.
