WisdomTree has submitted a revised prospectus for a bitcoin ETF to the U.S. SEC.

BlockBeats reported on November 17th that James Seyffart, an ETF analyst at Bloomberg, stated on social media that asset management company WisdomTree has submitted a revised prospectus (S-1 document) for its spot Bitcoin ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). James also stated, "This means that WisdomTree is still planning to launch a spot Bitcoin ETF and is in talks with the corporate finance department of the U.S. SEC. It is expected that all issuers will have to submit one of these documents in order to potentially launch their ETF at some point."
