The judge rejected FTX's lawyers' request to postpone the bankruptcy proceedings to "investigate why FTX went bankrupt."
According to BlockBeats news on November 16th, FTX proxy lawyer Lawrence Gebhardt requested that the Delaware court postpone the bankruptcy proceedings "for a month or two" to investigate how FTX went bankrupt. However, Judge John Dorsey rejected the motion and stated that "if this discovery is as complex as people say, then the bankruptcy proceedings need to start now, not be postponed."
