Bloomberg ETF analyst: The window for the US SEC to approve a physically-backed Bitcoin ETF this year will end on November 17th.

BlockBeats reported on November 9th that Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on social media, "I've released a new research note today. We still believe there is a 90% chance of approval for a spot Bitcoin trading platform exchange-traded fund (ETF) by January 10th. However, if approved earlier, we will enter a phase where approval licenses for all current applicants may be possible." In addition, Seyffart stated that the SEC has issued delay orders to BlackRock, Bitwise, VanEck, WisdomTree, Invesco, Fidelity, and Valkyrie. If the SEC wants to approve all 12 spot Bitcoin trading platform ETF applications this year, it only has one brief window left. This window, which includes all 12 companies, will end on November 17th. However, theoretically, the SEC can make decisions on the first 9 companies on the list at any time from now until January 10, 2024.
