BlockBeats news reported on November 7th that Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, will give away 10,000 half-year premium account subscriptions to Telegram Messenger users through a lottery. Durov stated that he purchased Toncoin (TON) worth $200,000 on a cryptocurrency trading platform and paid for this giveaway in advance on the Fragment platform. To participate in the lottery, users need to subscribe to Durov's channel. The winners will be randomly selected on November 13th, and each winner will receive a 6-month subscription to Telegram Premium.
