According to BlockBeats news on November 2nd, payment company PayPal Holdings (PYPL.O) stated on Thursday that it has received a subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its USD stablecoin. The company launched the stablecoin in August and became the first major fintech company to use digital currency for payments and transfers.
