WSJ: Binance plans to terminate partnership with Ruble payment partner.

According to BlockBeats news on November 1st, insiders revealed that Binance plans to terminate its partnership with a payment company that allows customers to transfer funds held by sanctioned Russian banks to Binance. It is reported that Binance announced its partnership with Belize-registered Advanced Cash in 2019 to allow customers to deposit and withdraw rubles. An Advcash spokesperson said the company has not received any updates from Binance regarding the partnership.
