On October 31st, according to BlockBeats news, James Seyffart, an ETF analyst at Bloomberg, stated in a post that Valkyrie has submitted an updated prospectus for a spot Bitcoin ETF to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Eric Balchunas, an ETF analyst at Bloomberg, commented that "this is why we won't infer a probability of over 90% for approving a spot Bitcoin ETF before January."
