On October 25th, BlockBeats reported that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced that legislative changes will bring the promotion of crypto assets under its jurisdiction. Since October 8th, the FCA has been monitoring companies' compliance with the new regulations, aimed at providing consumers with accurate information and risk warnings, and is continuing to investigate and take action against companies illegally promoting crypto assets to UK consumers. The FCA is also working with payment companies to restrict UK consumers' access to companies that publish illegal marketing (crypto assets).
