BlockBeats reported on October 18 that Darewise Entertainment, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands, has announced the completion of a $3.5 million private funding round. Gamefi Ventures, London Real Ventures, Citizen Capital, Blocore, Animoca Ventures, and Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairman of Animoca Brands, were among the investors. The Darewise ecosystem token is expected to be launched on Bitcoin in early 2024, and the upcoming "AAA" MMO game, Life Beyond, will be its first adopter.
