The Sui Foundation has issued a statement responding to the circulating controversy and refuting the regulatory agency's accusations.
BlockBeats reported on October 18th that the Sui Foundation responded to the South Korean financial regulatory agency's questioning on its social media platform, emphasizing its commitment to full compliance and transparency through close cooperation with the Korean Digital Asset Exchange Association (DAXA) and its members. The foundation made it clear that no SUI token sales had been conducted since the distribution of the Community Access Program (CAP). The Sui Foundation also emphasized that the token circulation and supply plan displayed on its public website and public API are accurate, and any token transfers can be publicly viewed and verified on the blockchain.
Previously, the regulatory agency accused SUI of over-reporting its token circulation, causing the token price to drop by more than 67%.
