South Korean regulatory agency will investigate Sui to determine if it is a scam.
According to a BlockBeats report on October 18th citing Coingraph, the chairman of the South Korean Financial Supervisory Service, Lee Bok-hyun, recently stated that an investigation will be conducted into Sui to determine whether it is a scam.
The regulatory agency stated that "the sharp decline in the price of SUI tokens is mainly due to their false reporting of circulation, but they did not raise this issue. Since its listing, the token price has fallen by more than 67%. The issuer, Sui Foundation, obtained personal benefits by depositing frozen funds and then selling them to increase circulation."
