Web3 metaverse platform ZepetoX will launch its ZTX token on October 16th, with a total supply of 10 billion tokens.
BlockBeats reported on October 8th that ZepetoX, a metaverse project created by South Korean internet giant Naver's Zepeto in collaboration with Jump Crypto, announced that the ZTX token airdrop and release date will be on October 16th, with a total fixed supply of 10 billion tokens. ZTX tokens can be used for community governance, purchasing in-game assets, and enhancing player progress in the game. Additionally, the platform will promote the value of the ZTX ecosystem through a token buyback plan, including token burning (reducing the total supply), providing rewards for players (incentive pool), and providing funding for the treasury.
As previously reported by BlockBeats on August 16th, the renowned South Korean metaverse platform Zepeto is entering the blockchain field through the ZTX (ZepetoX) project created in collaboration with Jump Crypto. ZTX announced the completion of a $13 million seed round of financing, led by Jump Crypto, with participation from other investors such as Collab+Currency, Parataxis, MZ Web3 Fund, and Everest Ventures Group.
