306 BTC related to the DarkSide ransomware organization were transferred to Whitebit and HTX by ZachXBT.

According to a BlockBeats report on October 7th, blockchain investigator ZachXBT announced on social media that the address related to the DarkSide ransomware group, which had been dormant since April 2021, recently transferred 306 BTC (approximately $8.4 million), with the majority being stored in Whitebit and HTX. DarkSide was the organization behind the ransomware attack on Colonial Pipeline, the largest gasoline pipeline operator in the US, in May 2021.
