OKX Global Chief Business Officer: OKX HK is expected to officially submit its Hong Kong regulatory license application by the end of October.

BlockBeats news, on September 25th, Lennix Lai, the Global Chief Business Officer of OKEx, stated on social media that OKEx welcomes the efforts made by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in protecting consumers and increasing transparency in the local virtual asset market, as well as its consistent cautious attitude towards virtual asset regulation and issuance in Hong Kong. In addition, Lennix Lai mentioned that since announcing its intention in March, OKEx HK has steadily progressed in its preparation for submitting a VASP license application under the current system. OKEx HK is expected to formally submit its compliance license application in Hong Kong by the end of October.
