FTX advises users to log in to the customer claims portal to begin the claims process. FTX requires customers to provide KYC information during the claims process, and the KYC verification process will continue after the deadline. In addition, FTX has sent a separate notification on September 17, 2023 regarding accounts that were previously frozen due to a network security incident.
