According to a BlockBeats report on September 19th citing CoinDesk, a court filing on Monday revealed that the SEC urged the Washington DC court to approve an inspection of Binance.US and reiterated that the company's pledge, settlement, and brokerage services violated federal securities regulations, as Binance.US did not cooperate with the SEC investigation.
