The merger between Hut 8 Mining and USBTC has been approved by the Supreme Court of Canada.

According to a report by Cointelegraph on September 18th, the merger plan between Canadian Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 Mining and USBTC has been approved by the Supreme Court of Canada. As previously reported by BlockBeats on August 25th, Bitcoin mining enterprise Hut 8 Mining Corp. announced that it had completed a full stock-for-stock merger transaction with US Data Mining Group, Inc. dba US Bitcoin Corp ("USBTC"). The new company resulting from the merger will be named "Hut 8 Corp." and will be a registered entity in the United States.
