Zilliqa Group has established a strategic alliance with Google Cloud to provide support for Web3 Ventures and strengthen blockchain infrastructure.

BlockBeats reported on September 13th that Zilliqa Group announced a strategic alliance with Google Cloud at TOKEN2049. This partnership will enhance the scalability, resilience, and data availability of Zilliqa's layer 1 blockchain protocol. Through Google Cloud's participation, both enterprises within Zilliqa Group and the wider ecosystem will benefit from a more powerful platform that supports a range of Web3 services and decentralized applications (dApps) built on the Zilliqa blockchain. Google Cloud will become a seed node operator (SSN) on the Zilliqa network, joining the existing 28 SSN operators. As an SSN operator, Google Cloud will provide node infrastructure hosting services and help validate transactions across the network, enabling more users to participate in its decentralization, securitization, and governance. Zilliqa Group also chose Google Cloud as its strategic cloud provider, leveraging Google Cloud's open, secure, scalable, and energy-efficient infrastructure and services to enhance the flexibility, resilience, and data availability of its blockchain.
